i know it was a month ago but better late than never! me and Denis went to Tokyo for Burton Rail Days and were there for 5 days. i wish we could stay longer.. we had so little time to just cruise around because of those official dinners and practice and, yes, jet lag. but anyways this was one of the best trips we've ever had! i hope we'll go there again some day :)

we also missed a bus to Oslo airport yesterday, so we're still staying here in Trysil for one more week with our norwegian friends instead of going to Hintertux. tomorrow the rest of all lifts should be open and more rails set up. looks like there's nothing to be sad about!

Oslo Junkyard In The City Pt 1

today i arrived in dark and cold Oslo from sunny and warm Barcelona, but i can't say i don't like it.. we had a riders meeting and a pizza party on the top-floor suite in the hotel. then we just walked around Oslo city centre with Denis, Oivind and Eirik. and i can't fall asleep now because of the energy drinks we have in our rooms. DUH!

hey guys, sorry for the lack of updates.. i've been pretty busy lately with all our trips. me and Denis had a crazy trip in Tokyo for Burton Rail Days a week ago. trust me, it's one of the sickest cities ever!! we also went to Saint-Petersburg for season opening.. and i was stoked to meet all of the guys who we don't see very often! now i'm packing for my next short trip to Barcelona where i'm gonna meet Maria who makes Ema Neckwear and visit Method Mag HQ. right after this i'll go to Oslo for Junkyard Rail Jam and then we'll see.. AND YES, where is the fucking snow??!

Gothenburg TTR Rail Battle

a few days ago i got my passport back and felt kinda happy about going on trips with Denis again. yesterday we arrived in Sweden, Gothenburg, which is a nice scandinavian city. some places reminded me of Helsinki.. and today was the event day. at first, the setup seemed to be pretty scary with the steep stairs, but then everyone just started to kill the stairset.. this time i decided to make a video of the contest, so i didn't take photos at all. and here are some of them for those who's interested!

by the way, Denis got 3rd! and we have an early morning flight.. and i wanna sleep so bad

i still don't consider myself a good filmer or editor, but here's what we got. we mostly filmed this in June before i left to the US and some shots were taken in September when i came back home. and at least it makes me miss summer!

Burton 'Standing Sideways' in Moscow (30th sept)

i finally recovered and got some time to tell a full story about Burton's tour stop in Moscow. as i've said before, we had only a part of the team here. those were Mikkel Bang, Jussi Oksanen, Terje Haakonsen and Mark McMorris. they spent very a little time in our city and since we had pretty heavy traffic jams (like everyday) the only time they had to do sightseeing was from inside of the MINI cars, looking out the windows.. anyways we got a lot of stuff done!

The Fatkin brothers & Kornely. Day 2-3

got home yesterday.. the last days in Germany were really productive! have been to Kunstmuseam in Bonn, not inside, but i think it counts! there's a good spot over there with a big TV screen outside showing some anime cartoons hahaha.. no need to say more, those were totally fun days and nights. lookin' forward to coming back!

many of you won't believe me but i rode bmx about 4 years ago. yes, i didn't snowboard that time and didn't even have a photocamera. but well, this post was supposed to be about two german guys, not me..

last season i traveled a lot with Denis and simply got used to it! now i always want to visit different places, i really hate staying at home for a long time. so, i decided to go 'back to the roots' and hit up Wowa, who i got acquainted with a few years ago during Adrenalin Games in Moscow. Waldemar Fatkin is a german star shining on the professional bmx flatland scene. to tell you the truth, if you ever hated flatland, you will stop it once you see his riding! his friend, Stephan Kornely, is another tight german rider. he also lives not far from Wowa, so we decided to spend the first day on Wowa's homespot - Koblenz Hauptbahnhof. check out some pictures...

My plan for that day was to shoot two Russian girls from Betty Rides and Roxy. For some reason I showed up at the Windells pipe earlier than them and was going to take a few laps in the park. But then I saw my friend Jenya aka Joon (by the way he's Russian too!), who seemed to be working hard in the pipe. At first, we just wanted to take a photo of a frontside air, but a few runs later Jenya stomped this fresh FS 720. Thanks Jenya for making time pass faster!

This was one of the few sunny days during the Technine session at Windells. I stopped riding for a few minutes cuz I ran into a friend of mine when I noticed the T9 team riders were filming some stunts on this feature. Fortunately, my photo pack was only a few steps away so I managed to get some bangers while still chatting to my friend. This Andrecht transfer came out pretty nice, good job, Dylan!
